How Does it Work?

Through our online platform, users will gain access to a range of partner venues or spaces where they can organize their group activities or events.
Depending on factors like group size, space requirements, F&B options, additional equipment needed, venue availability, and booking fee requirements, venue results will be filtered and event organizers will be matched with appropriate options.
Once organizers are connected to a venue, they can start to plan, promote, and execute their event! By using toolkits and guidelines designed by Cambio Spaces, and by communicating directly with our specially trained partner venues, anyone can be an events or community organizer.
It is up to the organizer to decide whether or not attendees should be charged entrance fees or tickets. In our experience, free events that are open to the public are effective for attracting new community members, big crowds, or to raise the public profile of your community or activity. Other events may be more intimate or private, or may contain content like special performances, food & drink deals, or expert knowledge, etc. for which it may be appropriate to charge tickets or entrance fees.
